Kimberly James Bridal requires a credit card to reserve appointments due to demand. There is no charge for the appointments. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If an appointment is missed with less than 24-hour notice, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged. At this time can only accommodate up to 4 guests accompanying the bride. No outside food or drinks permitted.

Initial Bridal Appointment:

Your journey to finding the one begins here. During this personalized 90-minute appointment, you'll work one-on-one with a dedicated bridal stylist who will guide you through our curated collection of wedding gowns. We’ll take the time to understand your style, vision, and wedding details to help you discover dresses that make you feel confident, beautiful, and truly yourself. We welcome the bride to be plus up to 4 guests to join in this special experience. Whether you're just starting to explore or ready to say yes, this is your moment and we're here to make it unforgettable.

VIP Bridal Appointment:

Celebrate your dress journey in style with our exclusive VIP Bridal Appointment. This 2-hour elevated experience includes private styling with one of our senior bridal consultants, a beautifully arranged snack board, and a champagne toast for the bride to be and up to 8 guests.

Enjoy an intimate, relaxed setting while exploring our premium gown collection and receiving personalized guidance tailored to your unique vision. Perfect for the bride who wants to make lasting memories while finding the one. Because this experience is specially curated the cost is $100.00. Advance booking is required

Retry Appointment:

Still thinking about a favorite dress or want to take another look before making your final decision? Our Retry Appointment is designed just for that. During this 60-minute session, you’ll have the chance to revisit your top picks, try on your favorites again, and feel confident in your choice with the support of your stylist and guests. Whether you're narrowing things down or ready to say “yes,” we’re here to make sure you feel absolutely certain and excited about your gown.

Bridal Accessory Appointment:

Complete your bridal look with a personalized accessory styling session. During this one-on-one appointment, our expert stylists will help you find the perfect finishing touches. From veils and headpieces to jewelry, and belts. Whether you're aiming for timeless elegance, modern chic, or romantic glamour, we'll guide you through a curated selection to match your gown and vision. Appointments typically last 30–60 minutes. Feel free to bring inspiration photos and a picture of your dress!

  • At Kimberly James Bridal we recommend beginning the shopping process around 9-12 months prior to your wedding date. This is because we want to ensure you have enough time to make your decision and still be able to get your gown shipped in the standard 6-month time period. This also leaves room for starting alterations 3 months prior to the wedding.

  • You are not required to bring anything other than yourself and maybe a few people close to you for help! If you feel more secure doing so, feel free to bring any undergarments that you may need to help you Invision the real look! All of our gowns have cups in them so you will not need a bra unless your more comfortable wearing one. Otherwise, your good to go!

  • Our standard Initial Bridal Appointments are a set duration of 1 hour and 30 mins. If you book a VIP appointment with us your appointment is 2 hours long. A retry appointment is just 1 hour long.

  • Due to the space available we recommend no more than 6 for an Initial appointment. For a VIP appointment we can do up to 8/9, we will do what we can to make it work!

  • We carry sample gowns in sizes 6-16 within the two designers we carry. We also have a size inclusive section that holds a mix of designers in available in sizes 18-34!

  • Yes! We have a ramp to enter the space and space for any extra seating needed such as wheelchairs or walkers with seats!
