Kimberly James Bridal requires a credit card to reserve appointments due to demand. There is no charge for the appointments. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If an appointment is missed with less than 24-hour notice, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged. At this time can only accommodate up to 4 guests accompanying the bride. No outside food or drinks permitted.

Initial Bridal Appointment:

Your journey to finding the one begins here. During this personalized 90-minute appointment, you'll work one-on-one with a dedicated bridal stylist who will guide you through our curated collection of wedding gowns. We’ll take the time to understand your style, vision, and wedding details to help you discover dresses that make you feel confident, beautiful, and truly yourself. We welcome the bride to be plus up to 4 guests to join in this special experience. Whether you're just starting to explore or ready to say yes, this is your moment and we're here to make it unforgettable.

VIP Bridal Appointment:

Celebrate your dress journey in style with our exclusive VIP Bridal Appointment. This 2-hour elevated experience includes private styling with one of our senior bridal consultants, a beautifully arranged snack board, and a champagne toast for the bride to be and up to 8 guests.

Enjoy an intimate, relaxed setting while exploring our premium gown collection and receiving personalized guidance tailored to your unique vision. Perfect for the bride who wants to make lasting memories while finding the one. Because this experience is specially curated the cost is $100.00. Advance booking is required

Retry Appointment:

Still thinking about a favorite dress or want to take another look before making your final decision? Our Retry Appointment is designed just for that. During this 60-minute session, you’ll have the chance to revisit your top picks, try on your favorites again, and feel confident in your choice with the support of your stylist and guests. Whether you're narrowing things down or ready to say “yes,” we’re here to make sure you feel absolutely certain and excited about your gown.

Bridal Accessory Appointment:

Complete your bridal look with a personalized accessory styling session. During this one-on-one appointment, our expert stylists will help you find the perfect finishing touches. From veils and headpieces to jewelry, and belts. Whether you're aiming for timeless elegance, modern chic, or romantic glamour, we'll guide you through a curated selection to match your gown and vision. Appointments typically last 30–60 minutes. Feel free to bring inspiration photos and a picture of your dress!

  • I emailed the shop inquiring about a specific designer that they carried and some options I was looking to try on. Kim responded to me very quickly, letting me know which dresses they had, as well as advising me many of their other dresses were similar in style The bridal consultant took me to their showroom where I was allowed to pick the dresses that I wanted to try. While it was just my mom and I, the shop was set up to allow plenty of room to bring guests with you. The price range for the shop was also incredibly affordably!
